Recentemente instalei o Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook para realizar alguns testes, criei uma nova organização no CRM Online, baixei o Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Microsoft Office Outlook, realizei a instalação e por fim configurei a organização com o Outlook.
Porém, após alguns dias, decid criar uma nova organização e tentar trocar o perfil de acesso no Outlook, o erro “The user authentication passed to the platform is not valid crm 2011” começou a aparecer na configuração do “Assistente de Configuração”.
Realizei várias consultas sobre o erro, alguns recomendavam que fosse os horário fossem sincronizados (CRM Online e o Host em que está configurando), outros que fosse reparada a instalação, outros que fosse removida e ainda aqueles que sugeriam remover até o Assistente do Live ID… Mas nada disso me ajudou.
Assim, recorri a instalação do Rollup 5 do CRM 2011, e era apenas isso mesmo! A falha foi identificada e corrigida, creio que nas próxima versões dos rollups a correção será mantida, deste modo, assim peguem sempre a última versão disponibilizada.
